Through a conscious connection to breath, and the fire that sits inside the temple of the heart, we can find the truth and the answers that set ourselves free for the journey to self-realization.

I’ve tried to walk the path to self-realization and ascension for many years. Read many books and tried many paths. When I came across this community on my journey, it felt like home. Over the past 4 years working and communing with this group I am now the most content I have ever been. Supported, encouraged and loved on my journey with the guidance and love of this family.
Transforming me into a different person.
I met Imra during a challenging period of my life when I was at a crossroads and looking for direction. His genuine care, kindness and commitment to my personal growth guided me through those difficulties, transforming me into a different person. Way of One is more than a community; it’s family. I felt welcome from the very first gathering. The retreats and personal sessions are powerful tools for spiritual growth. I deeply appreciate Imra and his team for significantly impacting my life. I would not be where I am today
My experience with Imra has been nothing but extraordinary. During a time when I felt stuck and disconnected I found myself attending one of his weekend retreats. My experience made me realise that I was not so much disconnected from myself but from source, which was a major breakthrough for me.
Over the last 3 years, Imra has not only helped guide the way towards a better connection to source, the opportunity to meet with other like-minded souls eager to find the truth within themselves but also a deeper and more meaningful connection to my relationship with my husband.
