It is through the Earth that we connect with the Mother, and come into the honour of our breath. By embracing this gift from Her, we begin to then acknowledge that this gift sits within all of us. Through a conscious connection to breath, and the fire that sits inside the temple of the heart, we can find the truth and the answers that set ourselves free for the journey to self-realization.

I’ve tried to walk the path to self-realization and ascension for many years. Read many books and tried many paths. When I came across this community on my journey, it felt like home. Over the past 4 years working and communing with this group I am now the most content I have ever been. Supported, encouraged and loved on my journey with the guidance and love of this family.

It is in deep appreciation that I provide this note of gratitude for IMRA’s retreat, which was a truly sacred experience for me in every respect. Thanks to IMRA, alongside the beauty-full Kim and their beautiful team and family.
Their courageous commitment to making this important soul experience available to those like me, ready to dive deeply into and accelerate their own journey into greater Self-awareness is a gift which 6 months later is still alive within me.
Following the weekend immersions, the quality of my awareness has not only deepened but (re)vitalised the quality of my relationships too.
Imra’s masterful facilitation of a safe, sacred space to journey in is further enhanced by his ability to curate the most relevant, most pertinent, most impactful music ensuring EVERYone’s experience was maximised to its utmost potential.
The nourishing food, home and land is as much a part of the enriching soul experience too.
Imra is a delightful and personable (human) being bearing wonderful gifts for the highest good of our humanity. Whether you are new to this work or experienced at it, I highly recommend IMRA’s retreat once you are ready to commit to going to a new level within yourself… My husband has also just recently attended IMRA’s Retreat, and since then our communication, personal relationship and family with our daughters is also enjoying a higher quality of being, together.

I’ll be forever grateful for this experience
It’s hard to know where to begin because no words can truly articulate the life-changing impact this experience has had on my life.
This experience helped me move past anxiety and depression that has been present for almost my entire adolescence & adulthood, with a level of introspection that I haven’t been able to achieve in my years of therapy.
The guidance given not only throughout the retreat but also pre-session and post-integration was integral in helping me come back to my everyday life with purpose and direction.
I’ll be forever grateful for this experience, which has helped me show up as the best and most authentic version of myself in my relationships, friendships, and life in general. Much love!!
