Community

Connection, compassion & belonging

Community is the foundation of connection, compassion and belonging.

In a time not so long ago, each of us played a critical role in the functioning of local community life, providing labour and skill to the community as a whole. Creating a sense of belonging to each member of the community and solidifying the connection to the whole through the acts of each individual. This deep inter-connectedness paved the way for the belief in the greater good of the community as a whole, allowing each individual to be accepted for their experiences, thus cultivating compassion in the collective.

Over the last few hundred years community life has been abandoned in most Western societies as the emergence of separation, or the ‘service to self’, has become the attractive path for individuals. The desire to accumulate material things has distracted us from the simple truth that clean water, clean food, shelter and love creates a happy and fruitful life.

As we are drawn back into a more balanced perspective of life, the activation of the sacred feminine energies of the Earth is being felt through the collective consciousness. We are now experiencing an innate desire within the collective consciousness to begin the process of communing together, and for most starting on this new path can lead us to the status quo.
There are some general steps to get you back on the path of an integrated community life, and the first one is to simply allow yourself to engage with community regardless of where you may feel you are or should be, in this lens of community connection.

Reconnection back to community

Way of One community is a celebration of your own individual life journey and a place to commune with a range of offerings to assist you on your healing journey. When we ready ourselves for connection into community we pose ourselves a choice. A choice to continue on the path of separation from community, or creating a connection to community and a place to belong.

To simply get out of your own way and by allowing this organic process to occur will often lead you into community. The celebration of the One.
