The full blessing of life will come into realisation when the power of the breath is harnessed, with the practise of breathwork.

The true gift of the body bestowed to us from our Great Mother provides the simple and accessible pathway to attaining the connection to Oneness. Conscious breathing allows anyone to access the pathways to a grounded, high vibratory and stress-free day through various breathwork techniques available in the classroom and from the comfort of your own home. Breathwork is a perfect addition to any spiritual practice as it requires only your attention and desire to connect with yourself. The benefits of breathwork are vast and doesn’t require a lot of time to create a deep and powerful connection.

The Art of Conscious Breathing

The art of conscious breathing while simple and obvious is yet to be fully realised in mainstream western society. Since the start of time many ancient civilisations used their own versions of breathwork in ceremony, combining; worship, the elements, song, animals and plants, to reach higher states of consciousness to connect with planet, their ancestors and God presence.

In this age we can use breathwork to recognise and dislodge trauma’s that are often unseen in the body and become stuck due to poor diet, environmental toxins such as poisons in our foods and of course normal life in the 21st century. More often than not these distortions create separation within ourselves, creating distance from the true presence and into the mind. The body plays a crucial role in this separation, especially in the energy body where we often don’t look for these signs until we are in chronic pain.

Breathwork can provide a necessary deep cleansing of the energy body through the respiratory system by flooding the body with oxygen creating an environment where lower vibrations caught in joints, organs, and the mind, be dislodged, processed and released out of the body. When this occurs the feeling of connection, compassion and belonging can be recognised leading to a happy, connected, and vitalized life.

A regular breathwork practice can also create connection to the higher self. Through the activation of the bodies energy centres of the chakra system, breathwork can open the connection that allows the physical body to experience Oneness, making the act of breathwork a powerful modality for people to arrive in the state of self-realisation. The pinnacle of reaching source presence within the physical body.
